Medical Transcription Associates

Transcription VIP is a program that Medical Transcription Associates has designed to provide hospital transcription departments with specific services to help transcription departments run more efficiently.

If you choose for us to transcribe all of your hospital's dictation, we include Transcription VIP as part of our service. 

If you have in-house or out-sourced transcription, Medical Transcription Associates offers Transcription VIP as a stand-alone product. 

Hospitals are fortunate when they are able to recruit and retain a  staff of qualified medical transcriptionists and editors.  Hospitals are similarly fortunate when they are able to locate a service that meets their needs. 

Even when a hospital has a stable transcription staff in place, there may be transcription needs that go unmet.  Transcription VIP works with you to smooth out the rough edges.  

Here is what Transcription VIP can do for you.  You can choose as many or as few of our services desired:

• Transcription VIP will perform QA audits on a regular basis.  By allowing us, a third party, perform your QA audits you can be assured that you are receiving unbiased audits.  Plus, we do more than assigning a percentage to the audit.  We provide feedback annotating the deficiencies in the transcript. 
• In the event that you experience a backlog, Transcription VIP will come in and catch it up. 
• Transcription VIP will take care of challenging dictators.  We are highly experienced with transcribing ESL dictators and dictators who request special formats.  We will give these dictators the individual attention they deserve. 
• Transcription VIP will provide coverage after hours and weekends to ensure that STAT reports and diagnostic studies are available.
• Transcription VIP will provide your medical and administrative staff with complete secretarial and administrative support services, including, but not limited to, creating spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and virtual assistant services. 
• Of course, Medical Transcription Associates is available to provide you with full transcription coverage, which always includes Transcription VIP.
